What is the nature of your spiritual essence, and how can you know when it’s guiding you in a specific direction?
How intuitive nudges directing the focus of your attention with intention inspires belief and action that consistently gets you what you want or something even better.
How you can make a positive difference in the big picture while still serving your own desires.
In this Guide are choices and ideals inspired through me. Some of them may resonate for you, but this is not about getting others to see things as I do –
This Guide is designed to be a catalyst for you to get in touch with what works for you.
I started writing this Guide when I was 18 years old (over 40 years ago) to get a better sense of what matters to me, how I feel about issues generally considered important, and how to integrate new-found ideals into my life.
I’ve been updating and refining this all the way up to date-of-publication (February, 2025).
Much of this feels inspired, and I find it useful to see in print. It gives me a kind of a personal sounding board and I hope it will do the same for you.
I’ve looked around for similar books, books that acknowledge the value of spiritual and/or intuitive wisdom while also addressing the gamut of life questions in a simple, straightforward way.
I haven’t found even one.
So here it is.
I hope you find it useful.
VALUE FROM THIS GUIDE
This Guide is designed as a reference manual. As such it can be read in any order that suits you. Anytime you want to more directly create some aspect of your own life experience, to more clearly define your value systems, your desires, or your beliefs, you can turn to the place in this book that relates to whatever you’re thinking about and get a point of view on it.
Funny thing about doing that… it will usually spark something in you – agreement, disagreement, a whole different perspective from mine, whatever. You’ll touch a chord in yourself that will get you going. It may or may not lead you in the direction of my ideal, but somehow having a specific point of reference in the context of what you’re looking at helps define a point of view of your own. Then if you want to bring something into your life in relation to that, the tools are here to help you do that.
Some people will want to contemplate an idea themselves first, come to their own conclusions, and then let my point of view enhance or add another perspective to what they’ve arrived at.
The chapters in each of this guide’s sections do lead one into the next, so reading a whole section sequentially has that advantage.
But each chapter also stands on its own.
Any way you approach it, this guide will help you clarify your important life questions and assist you in finding answers that add peace of mind, meaning and fulfillment to your life.
It also contains ideas for a healthier planetary ecosystem and a more peaceful, happier human family.
